About the Role
We're seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to work fully remotely. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting interviews and assessments in English and helping us attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and video interviews in English
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate job details, culture, and expectations
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Recruitment or HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with video calls
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet
- ATS experience is a plus
