We welcome candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or other client-facing roles who bring strong communication skills, personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help shape job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial conversations to assess skills, communication, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Prior experience working with U.S. based clients and teams is preferred
- Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
- Confident, engaging personality with the ability to carry on conversations professionally
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
- Ability to learn new industries and understand different types of roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work full-time, 9am to 5pm EST
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
