Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Prior recruiting experience is by no means required. We welcome candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or other client-facing roles who bring strong communication skills, personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

If you can confidently carry a conversation, build relationships, think on your feet, and quickly learn new tools and industries, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help shape job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct initial conversations to assess skills, communication, and overall fit
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Prior experience working with U.S. based clients and teams is preferred
  • Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
  • Confident, engaging personality with the ability to carry on conversations professionally
  • Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback
  • Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Ability to learn new industries and understand different types of roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work full-time, 9am to 5pm EST
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
