A Recruiter will be responsible for:
Job Description:
- Executes end-to-end recruitment process for job openings under the assigned units (sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates)
- Manages the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
- Fulfills hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate
- Ensures accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment
- Assists the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any Business-related fields, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or its equivalent
- With at least two (2) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in ECommerce, FinTech, Insurance, and Lending
- Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
- Open to work on a fixed-term contract for 3-6 months
- Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Can operate with a high degree of integrity and maintain the confidentiality of information
