Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing strategic recruitment plans and activities. This role requires an understanding of the client's business to identify and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Sourcing Strategy: Create a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract and prescreen candidates, utilizing various candidate channels such as job fairs, agencies, the internet, and employee referral bonus programs.
- Manage Candidate Channels: Oversee and maintain multiple candidate channels to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
- Execute Recruitment Plans: Implement and execute recruitment plans and activities to meet client needs and secure top talent.
- Identify Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business and identify recruitment needs to secure the best candidates.
- Prescreen Candidates: Attract and prescreen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive knowledge and deep exposure in end-to-end recruiting - sourcing, screening and selection, job matching, interview process, salary calibration and on-boarding; including client/stakeholder management.
- Extensive sourcing capability, outstanding market talent insights and capacity to penetrate untapped markets
