Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager based in Cebu City with strong experience in bulk and volume hiring. This role is heavily focused on active candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and ensuring interview readiness and timely joining of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements across multiple roles.
- Actively source candidates using free and paid recruitment channels, with a strong focus on sourcing activities:
- Job portals and databases
- Social media platforms
- Referrals and internal candidate pools
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
- Ensure a continuous and healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for HR and client interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate attendance.
- Perform regular follow-ups to minimize interview no-shows and dropouts.
- Maintain a ready pipeline to support ongoing and upcoming interview schedules.
- Track candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and ensure selected candidates join on time.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline reports.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines and SLAs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in bulk / volume recruitment.
- Proven hands-on expertise in candidate sourcing from free and paid channels.
- Strong experience in telephonic screening and pre-assessments.
- Ability to manage high-volume interview pipelines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
- Exposure to BPO, IT, or Non-IT bulk hiring.
- Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
- Team-handling experience (for Recruitment Manager level).
