Recruiter

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of exp in HR and Recruitment
• Can start immediately
• Must be amenable to start ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Acts as intermediary between hiring managers and suppliers
• Coordinate with hiring manager on the demand management for contractors
• Endorses valid candidates to hiring managers for review
• Coordinates with hiring managers and suppliers to schedule interview with the endorsed candidate
• Coordinates offer negotiation between project taker for the candidate and supplier
• Submits offer of the project to the candidate via the supplier
• Etc.

Work setup: Once a month

Location: Mandaluyong

Shift: 8AM - 5:30 PM
