Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support our growing BPO operations. This role is work-from-home, but candidates must reside near one of our sites (Davao, Cebu, or Centris, Quezon City) for occasional onsite requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the BPO industry (required).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be amenable to work the night shift.
- Willing and able to report onsite in Davao, Cebu, or Centris (Quezon City) when required.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
