Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process. You'll work closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to match the right talent with business needs and maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with candidates and stakeholders daily. Confidence in using spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools is key.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Exposure to Legal Recruiting or Construction/Light Industrial roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, trackers, and recruitment systems
  • Ability to work night shifts

A background in HR, business, or a related field is preferred. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is driven, resourceful, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
