Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top healthcare professionals across a variety of healthcare-related positions in the United States. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with stakeholders to support hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and candidate databases.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare talent to support both current and future hiring requirements.
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials against job specifications.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders with detailed screening notes and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Proven success sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred

  • Recruitment experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare hiring practices, workforce trends, and talent market dynamics.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of healthcare positions across different specialties and functions.
