Reconciliation Analyst based in
BGC, Taguig.

The role
The
Analyst Reconciliation is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records. This role supports month-end close activities, investigates variances, and works closely with internal stakeholders to resolve open and aged items in a timely manner.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and review account reconciliations in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet accounts
- Perform month-end close activities, including preparation and uploading of journal entries
- Investigate, manage, and clear open and aged reconciliation items through timely follow-ups and coordination with stakeholders
- Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and ensure proper documentation of adjustments
- Maintain complete and accurate reconciliation schedules and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation reports and explanations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (4-year course required)
- At least 1.5 years of experience in account reconciliation, including preparation and review
- Working knowledge of general ledger, bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience in month-end accounting processes and journal entries
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Willingness to work either morning shift or night shift, as required
