  • 12 years of experience in customer service, receptionist, or hospitality roles.
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional during busy service periods.
  • Friendly and professional personality with strong customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage guest flow and waitlists efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using POS or reservation management systems is an advantage.
  • College level or College Graduate preferred.
  • Hospitality or customer service training is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
