Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our telecommunications office building. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage visitor registration and issue temporary access badges while maintaining building security protocols. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages for building tenants and staff.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment schedules. Coordinate conference room bookings and setup arrangements. Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support building management with tenant communication and notices. Building Coordination Monitor lobby areas and ensure professional appearance is maintained. Coordinate with building maintenance, security, and cleaning staff. Assist with building events, meetings, and special occasions. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking as needed.
