Requirements
High school diploma
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of construction site safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Experience with hand tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assisting in lifting and threading rebars based on site requirements and assigned work orders.
- Operate Cut-off Machine and Grinding Machine.
- Monitoring health and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
- Assisting with checking, maintenance of machines as necessary.
- Strict adherence to company policies and protocols in accordance with labor laws.
- Willingness to be assigned to or assist with other tasks as instructed by the General Manager and Supervisor related to company work.
