About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role involves completing administrative tasks, managing templates, entering listing data into the MLS, and handling basic email communication.Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties and data entry
Complete and manage template contacts/forms
Enter and update listings in the MLS accurately
Assist with email management, including drafting and responding to messages
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support (real estate experience preferred)
Familiarity with MLS systems is a strong advantage
Basic knowledge of CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Comfortable handling repetitive or process-driven tasks
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), email platforms, and common productivity tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Understanding of real estate terminology
Experience with DocuSign, Canva, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
