We are a U.S.-based real estate operation focused on generating consistent deal flow through high-volume outreach and disciplined follow-up.
We are hiring a top-performing Virtual Assistant / Internal Sales Agent (ISA) to handle cold calling, SMS follow-up, and appointment setting with U.S. homeowners, buyers, and investors.
This is a performance-driven role — we are not looking for average VAs. We are looking for someone who can produce results consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–200+ outbound calls per day to U.S.-based leads
Follow up via SMS and phone to re-engage prospects
Qualify leads and set appointments directly into our system
Handle objections and guide conversations confidently
Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates in Follow Up Boss
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Fluent, natural English (clear pronunciation, confident tone)
Proven experience calling U.S. prospects (real estate preferred)
Strong objection handling and communication skills
Ability to work during U.S. hours (EST/CST)
Reliable internet + quiet work environment + quality headset
Comfortable with high call volume and performance tracking
Compensation
Base hourly pay (training phase)
