- Handle appointment paperwork, calls for confirmation, and sending videos
- Oversee from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Provide comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement (unless client missed one)
- Post new listings to social media and in MLS (until client hired marketing VA)
- Planning open houses and establish dates for property visit
- Plan repairs to the property
- Coordinate moving/possession schedules
- Schedule photography
- Scheduling lockbox to be delivered
- Schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed
- Schedule all buyers showings and public open houses
- Handle appointment paperwork (through calls)

Experience and Proficiency
- Have good English communication skills (written and verbal) with little to no accent
- Have the experienced as Transaction and Listing Coordinator
- Have experience with Dotloop
- Experience in G suite
- Experience managing Brivity CRM and KW Command is a huge plus
- Have experience managing MLS preferably Greater Greenville MLS, Matrix MLS or Spartanburg
