Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Specialist at DMCI Homes. Based primarily in Makati, the role offers flexible work arrangements with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include promoting and selling real estate properties, assisting potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and developing relationships to support sales efforts. The specialist will also collaborate with the real estate development team to stay updated on current and upcoming projects to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate Development with a solid understanding of market trends and regulations
• Experience in Sales and Real Property management, with proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Real estate license is an advantage but not a requirement
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments
