The Role: Real Estate Client Acquisition Specialist

Imagine being the first voice a homeowner hears. You're not just making calls, you're building trust, handling objections, and guiding conversations from initial contact to real intent. Every lead you touch has potential, and you make sure none fall through the cracks.

You don't just track activity, you create momentum. From managing follow-ups and updating the CRM to sending market insights and nurturing relationships, your work turns outreach into outcomes. And when call lists are done, you stay proactivesupporting marketing efforts, engaging on social media, and finding new ways to add value every day.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted lead lists (including contacts who have received newsletters and direct mail campaigns)
  • Confidently handle objections and engage affluent, educated homeowners in meaningful conversations
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including call volume, contact rate, and conversion rate
  • Utilize a dialer system with local presence to optimize pickup rates
  • Accurately update CRM with call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions
  • Provide regular reporting on call performance (daily or every other day)
  • Send quarterly CMAs (Comparative Market Analyses) to nurture past clients and prospects
  • Execute follow-up and action plans for leads identified as likely sellers
  • Support database marketing by creating and distributing quarterly newsletters
  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram and LinkedIn) for brand visibility and networking
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records within the CRM
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value when call tasks are complete
  • Provide consistent updates on daily progress, priorities, and completed tasks

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

  • You have experience in cold calling, sales, or outbound outreach and can confidently handle objections
  • You're a strong communicator with a natural, professional phone presence
  • You're comfortable engaging affluent homeowners with credibility and confidence
  • You're organized and experienced with CRM systems and lead tracking
  • You're a self-starter who works independently and takes initiative
  • You have solid written communication skills for outreach and social media
  • You're proactive and consistent with progress updates
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • You can secure the required technical setup, including:
  • At least a 720p HD webcam
  • A noise-canceling headset
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
  • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
