Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Metro Manila with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through every step of the real estate transaction process. The role involves maintaining comprehensive market knowledge, building client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate regulations
- Understanding of Real Property processes and market trends
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and related platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
