Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Cebu, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, selling real estate properties, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the process of purchasing or renting properties. The role includes maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or understanding of Real Estate, Real Property, and the real estate market
  • Strong Sales skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Effective Customer Service skills to provide personalized client experiences
  • A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one as required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Motivation to meet sales targets and work in a competitive environment
  • Prior experience in a real estate sales or customer-oriented role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Cebu real estate market is a plus
