Role Description

This is a contract role for a Real Estate Sales Account Manager in the Corporate Sales Group, with a hybrid work setup based in Makati City and BGC, allowing some remote work. The Real Estate Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing property sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. The role includes liaising with clients, preparing sales documents, and staying updated on real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License (Sales Person's License or Real Estate Broker License)
  • Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Sales-driven mentality with a proven track record
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
