Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Office Assistant (CRM & Listing Support). The position is located in Pasay. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating and organizing property listings, coordinating with agents, preparing reports, and assisting with general office tasks. Additional duties include ensuring data accuracy and offering support for marketing initiatives related to property listings.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems, data entry, and database organization skills
  • Experience in handling property listings, including updates and accuracy checks
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills such as scheduling and report preparation
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities for managing relationships with agents and clients
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, marketing materials, or lease documentation is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
