Job Description

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and tenantsupport services for a property management operation. Your primary responsibilities include answering tenant phone calls, entering and tracking maintenance tickets, and assisting with rent collection

Responsibilities

  • .Tenant Communication: Answer incoming phone calls from tenants in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintenance Coordination: :Enter maintenance work orders/tickets into the client's software based on tenant reports
  • Rent Collection & Billing Support: Contact tenants regarding late payments, payment arrangements, or balance inquiries following up on payment commitments

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills; experience with property management software (Property- Meld) s a plus
  • Professional, friendly, and solutionsoriented attitude
