Real Estate Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and tenantsupport services for a property management operation. Your primary responsibilities include answering tenant phone calls, entering and tracking maintenance tickets, and assisting with rent collection
Responsibilities
- .Tenant Communication: Answer incoming phone calls from tenants in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintenance Coordination: :Enter maintenance work orders/tickets into the client's software based on tenant reports
- Rent Collection & Billing Support: Contact tenants regarding late payments, payment arrangements, or balance inquiries following up on payment commitments
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills; experience with property management software (Property- Meld) s a plus
- Professional, friendly, and solutionsoriented attitude
