Job Title: Real Estate - Disposition Specialist

(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1280 - $1600 USD/month + Possible bonus commissions

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the client

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company.
• Keen to details
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs.
• Contacting Investors/Buyers
• Email Blast Marketing to Potential Buyers/Investors
• Negotiating with the Buyers/Investors

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
• Backup Internet Connection (any alternative connection such as backup loaction in
• case of issues with main internet provider)
• USB Noise-canceling Headset
