Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter - Real Estate to make outbound calls to a warm list of property owners and identify motivated sellers. You'll qualify each lead on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations, filter out unqualified leads and tire kickers, and set appointments for our team to close. This role requires genuine real estate industry experience and the phone confidence to build rapport quickly with property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to a warm list of property owners to identify potential sellers
• Establish seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations on every call
• Ask qualifying questions to filter out unqualified leads and tire kickers
• Set qualified appointments for the closing team
• Prepare and hand off a complete qualification summary for every qualified lead
• Maintain consistent call volume and follow a structured qualification process
• Build rapport quickly with property owners to keep them engaged on the call
• Track call outcomes and lead status accurately

Mandatory Skills:

• Prior real estate experience (wholesaling, flipping, or seller lead generation)
• Strong spoken English with clear, confident phone communication
• Natural phone warmth and rapport-building ability
• Resilience and consistency handling high-volume outbound calling
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong written communication skills for preparing qualification summaries

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate CRM or dialer systems
• Track record of setting qualified appointments in a sales or lead-generation role
• Comfortable handling objections and pushback on warm or cold calls
• Ability to sustain a high-volume outbound calling schedule day after day
