We ara looking for a
Real Estate Broker/Agent (Sales & Transactions) who will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. He/she will assist clients in
buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales transaction: Writing offers, (zipfroms) working with MLS
- Marketing - constant contact, canva Transaction management- Google sheets
- CRM review data entry
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property tours, market analyses, and client consultations
- Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures
Requirements
Valid
real estate license (Broker or Agent, depending on role).
Proven experience in
real estate sales and transaction management.
Experience in SALE/TRANSACTIONS
Experience in Quickbooks online
Strong knowledge of the
local real estate market, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in
MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing.
