Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or leasing team.

You must be confident in communication, well-organized, and familiar with real estate processes and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, message, or email leads from online listings or databases
  • Set and confirm appointments for property viewings or client consultations
  • Follow up on inquiries via CRM, email, or messaging platforms (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, and appointments in the system
  • Coordinate schedules between agents and clients
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns
  • Work closely with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth client handover

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or inside sales preferably in real estate
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy experience with CRMs, property listing platforms, and messaging apps
  • Can work independently and meet appointment goals or KPIs
  • Professional, polite, and persuasive

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Knowledge of real estate terminologies and procedures
  • Experience handling property inquiries (rent, buy, lease)
  • Based in or familiar with Metro Manila areas
