Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Advisor based in Taguig with opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Advisor will engage in managing real estate transactions, providing expert consultation, and driving sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating property deals, and offering tailored property solutions. The role also involves identifying new opportunities, staying updated with market trends, and contributing to team performance through training and collaborative efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and familiarity with property markets
- Proven Sales and Negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to conduct and deliver training sessions to enhance team expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the Taguig real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
