Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Real Estate Advisor based in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Real Estate Advisor will oversee property sales, provide expert advice to clients, and negotiate agreements to close transactions. The role also involves supporting clients with real estate inquiries, guiding them through buying and investment decisions, and conducting necessary training or knowledge-sharing sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Negotiation and client relationship management
• Experience in conducting or participating in Training sessions related to property management or sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid office and remote setup based in Taguig
• Previous experience in luxury or sustainable real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
