Job Description

As a Virtual Real Estate Assistant, you'll handle key administrative tasks, lead management, and marketing efforts, keeping the business running seamlessly. This role offers an immersive experience in the fast-paced New York City real estate landscape, working closely with a successful agent.

Job Highlights

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling listings on platforms like StreetEasy and the company's internal system
  • Streamline the listing process by sending out agreements and real estate documents
  • Implement an efficient lead management system, capturing and tracking inquiries from Instagram
  • Coordinate property photography sessions and order marketing materials for listings
  • Assist with targeted building research and email marketing campaigns
  • Support the agent with administrative tasks and closing gift orders

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple priorities
  • 1 to 2 years working experience with real estate agents is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging listings
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficiency with the company's internal systems (comprehensive training provided)
  • Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus, but not required
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
