Role Description

We are looking for a part-time RCM Content & Education Specialist to help create and present CEU-oriented educational material for medical coders and billers.

This is an individual contributor role focused on translating real-world medical coding, billing, and AR experience into clear, accurate content. The role includes contributing to courses, webinars, and other learning formats, as well as creating written and presentation-based educational content.

Qualifications

• Active CPC or CPMA certification (AAPC)
• Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing, and AR workflows
• Experience with CEUs, training, or professional education
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare reimbursement and denial workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
