Hiring: RAS Accountant
Hybrid | Makati
Full-time / Contractual (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities
- Support accounting, finance, and project compliance (FMRP, IPSAS, PRISM)
- Review and endorse project financial reports to meet donor requirements
- Analyze project balances, identify risks, and recommend actions
- Assist with internal/external audits and reporting improvements
- Coordinate with regional offices and stakeholders on financial matters
- Maintain reporting records and support project closure
- Provide training and perform other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA is a plus)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with accounting systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Audit experience is an advantage
Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles & internal controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Language
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
