Qualifications
- Education: Must be a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) graduate.
- Experience: Solid background in RF Network Optimization with strong expertise in layering strategies and network concepts.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Nokia, Ericsson, and ZTE platforms, including their Performance Management (PM) tools.
- Strong capability in data analytics, performance insights, and applying AI-driven approaches to simplify workflows.
- Deep understanding of network layering strategies and optimization principles.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to higher management.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Location
- Must be willing to be based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Philippines.
