Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior Quote to Cash Professional, you will utilize Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity through accurate handling of processing and transaction requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Execution of highly complex accounts and escalations
- Facilitates the squad's understanding of metrics and helps to identify opportunities for improvements within the squad. Responsible for their own individual metrics.
- Interlock with stakeholders on complex activities, issues, and prioritization
- Problem-solves and makes decisions with a high level of autonomy, ensuring quality of execution
- Serves as technical subject matter expert with deep process experience
- When needed, pre-validates complex transactions that require squad leader approval
- Able to resolve complex issues with autonomy based on technical expertise; provides coaching to other squad members
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Q2C Process Knowledge: Exposure to Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, including supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Transaction Management: Experience working with transactions such as quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
- Fulfillment Process Execution: Exposure to executing defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls and meeting business objectives.
- Customer Record Maintenance: Experience working with customer master records, ensuring accuracy and supporting end-to-end transactions.
- Processing Requirement Handling: Exposure to accurately handling processing and transaction requirements to meet business objectives.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Order to Cash Integration: Exposure to integrating order to cash processes, ensuring seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Contract Management: Experience working with contracts, including audit and registration, to support supply and demand management transactions.
- Customer Master Record Accuracy: Exposure to maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer master records, supporting end-to-end transactions.
