Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture.
With strong ethic, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written language.
Can relate quantities on plan againts Bill of Quantities.
Can initiate and finalize Valuation of claim as well as Variation/Deletion Order.
Proficient in Interpreting Project Specifications
With 4 years minimum experience as QS in Aluminum Glazing or Construction Films
With good moral character.
