Quantity Surveyor

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Technical Audit, or Financial Audit
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Willing to conduct site visits and physical validation when required

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Requests for Payment (RFP), Cash Advances, Liquidations, and billing documents against approved budgets and POs
• Ensure no overpayment by reconciling Invoices, Official Receipts (OR), Delivery Receipts (DR), and Purchase Orders
• Audit Bill of Materials (BOM), supplier deliveries, warehouse releases, and actual site material usage
• Conduct physical validation of installed materials versus approved project quantities
• Review contractor billing against QA measurements before endorsement to Finance
• Audit payroll, time logs, and technician deployment records for accuracy
• Audit vehicle transportation services, billing, mobilization logs, and related cash advances
• Handle supplier and contractor accreditation review and documentation compliance
• Validate project permit payments and regulatory documentation
• Prepare audit findings, recommend process improvements, and submit detailed audit reports
