We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor who can effectively manage project costs, ensure budget control, and support project success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Analyze plans and monitor project costs and variations
Prepare progress billings and evaluate subcontractor claims
Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
These are core QS tasks such as cost estimation, contract management, and budget control commonly required in construction projects
Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering (licensed)
At least 58 years experience in construction or quantity surveying
Strong knowledge in cost estimation and project budgeting
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimating software
Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Work Location: Valenzuela City
