What you will do:
- Prepare cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering estimates, required materials, and labor.
- Perform risk analysis and feasibility studies as needed.
- Develop cost plans and estimates to ensure project designs, control costs, and expenditures align within the budget.
- Evaluate vendor bids to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance with building regulations.
- Source and accredit new contractors and suppliers to optimize project valuation.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Analyze actual work accomplishments on-site and generate progress reports.
- Research and implement innovative solutions to improve construction efficiency and restaurant operations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Preferably a Certified Quantity Surveyor.
- At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, either in consultancy or construction.
- Strong skills in vendor and contract management, cost analysis, negotiation, and project.
- Willing to travel nationwide to conduct store walk-throughs.
