This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Kwikbuilt Construction Corporation, located in Metro Manila. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Daily tasks include preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting to ensure projects are completed within budget. The role also involves cost control throughout the construction process.

• Skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience with BOQ (Bills of Quantities) preparation
• Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant work experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
