Your Role at a Glance

Be part of our client's team as a Quantity Surveyor Delivery Manager, where you lead and oversee the Philippine-based QS function supporting AU and NZ projects. You will drive delivery excellence, manage senior-level outputs, develop high-performing QS professionals, and ensure commercial accuracy across complex construction engagements.

What Sets You Apart

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Strong experience in Australian, UK, or Western construction markets
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5-12 professionals
• Strong expertise in cost planning, estimating, BOQ preparation, and variation assessment
• Strong background in contract administration
• Exposure to commercial reviews, claims management, financial audits, and open-book analysis
• Experience working directly with senior executives

• Recruit, assess, and identify high-performing Quantity Surveying talent
• Manage workload allocation and facilitate weekly team coordination
