The Opportunity
Allegro is looking for a proactive and organized
Quality Awareness & 5S Specialist to join our team and champion a culture of excellence. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind our company-wide quality programs and our signature 5S Housekeeping Program. You will play a key part in ensuring our workplace remains safe, efficient, and standardized, while also developing and delivering training to empower our employees. What You Will Do
- Champion Quality & 5S: Monitor and sustain company-wide quality programs and 5S compliance across all functional units. You will ensure that the high standards set by the 5S Core Team are consistently met and maintained.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly review ongoing quality programs and network with other quality practitioners to stay updated on industry best practices and innovative experiences.
- Manage Assessments & Action Items: Coordinate with zone leaders to track the status of action items resulting from Self and Core-team assessments, ensuring all improvements are followed through to completion.
- Lead Technical Training: Develop, review, and deliver training modules for the 5S/AMPI Housekeeping Program. You will also conduct other specialized training modules as required to meet specific organizational needs.
- Maintain Visual Management: Oversee the Visual Management Program, ensuring all zones adhere to established standards for a highly organized and productive environment.
- Document & Report: Maintain clear and accurate records and reports regarding program compliance and training effectiveness.
What Will You Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree or a Technology Graduate qualification in any course.
- At least one (1) year of experience in semiconductor operations.
- A strong familiarity with 5S programs and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- The ability to maintain meticulous records and generate clear, professional reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and engage with leaders across different functional units.
