Job Description

Job Purpose

The Quality Supervisor / Drug Store Pharmacist is responsible for supporting the Associate Quality Management System Manager and QMS Manager in the effective implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Quality Management System processes at the assigned site.

The position provides day-to-day quality supervision and pharmaceutical oversight to ensure that warehouse and distribution activities are performed in accordance with established QMS procedures, Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices, applicable regulatory requirements, and customer/principal requirements.

As the designated Drug Store Pharmacist, the position is responsible for ensuring appropriate handling, storage, control, segregation, dispensing and monitoring of pharmaceutical products and for performing applicable pharmacist and regulatory functions related to the operation of the drug store.

Qualification

  • College graduate, preferably Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist with valid PRC license
  • With various training from FDA
  • Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, distribution, quality assurance, or pharmacy operations
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices and pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
