Objective:
Ensure consistent delivery of products and services that meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements through structured quality frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ISO-aligned quality systems
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with departments to improve quality performance
- Monitor and report quality KPIs
Strategic Leadership & Integration
- Develop and implement an integrated management system aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000).
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of quality, safety, risk, and continuity practices.
Governance & Compliance
- Oversee compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Operational Excellence
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across all Integrated Management Systems & Safety functions.
- Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
Risk & Resilience
- Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Lead the development and testing of business continuity plans.
Culture & Capability Building
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and quality.
- Lead training and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with department heads, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for IMS&S-related initiatives and escalations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course
- Proven experience in managing quality and integrated management systems
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
- Leadership in quality, safety, risk, and continuity domains
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and resilience
- Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
