Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for
Quality Inspection Line Team Member to join our Quality Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The
Quality Inspection Line Team Member is a member of the Quality Inspection Team that is responsible for performing inspection and quality checks on vehicles, parts, or assemblies along the production line to ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures. Acts as the final quality gate by inspecting vehicle quality and performance to ensure full compliance with company standards before market release.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of vehicles, parts, or assemblies based on established quality standards
- Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming or defective vehicles
- Follow standard work procedures, safety rules, and quality guidelines
- Support containment and corrective actions when quality issues are identified
- Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding inspection findings
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area in accordance with 4S standards
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements at all times

Skills required:
- Candidates must possess at least one year (1) of driving experience with 4-wheel vehicles, including both manual and automatic transmissions
- Must have a valid Philippine issued Driver's License: Non-Professional, Professional Driver's Licenses with classifications B1, B2
- With experience in manufacturing or quality inspection (OJT experience can be considered)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a production environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard work instructions
