Your impact
We are looking for a
Quality Assurance & Beyond Excellence Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening operational excellence across our APAC business. Working closely with project teams, quality professionals, and senior leaders, you will help coordinate assurance and audit programs, support quality certifications, promote best practices, and champion initiatives that enhance project delivery and business performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we work, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and reporting of the Assurance Programme and Beyond Excellence initiatives across the APAC business
- Support ISO certifications, audits, and quality compliance activities while maintaining quality management systems and processes
- Monitor quality performance, prepare management reports, and provide insights to support business improvement and governance
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to promote quality awareness, operational excellence, and consistent ways of working
- Develop and deliver quality-related training, communications, and engagement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing lessons learned, and supporting strategic business and project initiatives
- Contribute quality expertise to bids, projects, and integration activities while fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and collaboration
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Quality Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in quality assurance, project coordination, continuous improvement, or a related discipline
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001; exposure to ISO 44001 is an advantage.
- Certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Training / Lean, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt / Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Working experience in an engineering consulting environment is preferred
