Job Description

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the planning and integration of various disciplines to enhance delivery and ensure quality throughout the application lifecycle. Since the team is small, you are also expected to create and execute test cases/scenarios. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME of BY WMS testing - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with business objectives. - Monitor and assess the testing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Analyze testing metrics to drive decision-making and enhance testing efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Testing. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Experience with defect tracking and management tools. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential quality risks. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
