Role Overview
The Quality Engineer (Manager) leads quality assurance and testing efforts for enterprise platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud-based systems. This role combines test leadership, project management, and technical expertise to ensure successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive QA strategies across projects, including automation, performance, and cloud testing.
- Establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and metrics.
- Lead testing efforts across enterprise platforms and transformation programs.
Project & Program Management
- Manage testing delivery across projects, including planning, estimation, and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across programs.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Technical Oversight
- Oversee test automation frameworks and DevOps integration (CI/CD pipelines).
- Ensure effective testing across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Guide teams in adopting best practices in QA, automation, and testing methodologies.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop QA teams, ensuring performance and capability growth.
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners where required.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
- Extensive experience in QA, test automation, and DevOps environments.
- Experience managing projects or programs within IT transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with multiple enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, cloud systems).
- Familiarity with performance testing, automation tools, and advanced testing techniques.
- Project or program management certifications.
