Position Summary:

1. Analyze quality data, initiate and follow up proactive corrective actions from other parties to improve quality performance continuously.
2. Lead Yield/OATF and QIP meetings.
3. Review Purging Notice, MRB, RMA, ECO, ePBR, LRS and WIS.
4. Raise Stop Build/Ship Notice for in-process issues
5. Follow up root-cause analysis and containment actions for problems released by Hold Shipment Notice.
6. To prepare regular quality reports (Yield/OATF) and other related reports
7. Work with QE in NPI for handover of NPI products to Masspro line. Review/revise quality plan and provide other required deliverables.
8. Work with the transfer team for qualification of a transfer product from other sites.
9. Monitor the transfer, build completion and generate report for the transfer qualification.
10. Analyze burn-in test yield data continually to reduce the burn-in time of products released from PVT.
11. Generate, maintain and submit required data on a regular basis for the TL9000 and/or other reports related to other certification bodies.
12. Corrective Action verification and effectiveness verification for line issues

Qualifications

Education : Preferably college graduate in the field of Engineering or Science

Minimum Work Experience Required: Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and Basic Problem Solving Technique , Reliability and Risk Assessment, 8D/RCCA Generation, Build or Qualification Report Generation
